  • We provide extra labour minimum 1 hour of £30 if needed. We can confirm that whether extra labour time is needed or not before we start.
  • We offer discounts for regular/returning customers, builders also our neighbourhood if their postcode begins with N12
  • We cover North - North-West London and can travel further if needed
  • For heavy mixed building materials like soil, rubble, tiles, bricks, plaster boards, heavy wood, wet wood, etc we charge by weight (Approximately 45-50 bags) for full loads and the price would be £300 + VAT
  • Our all prices are based on the weight and volume of the rubbish
  • Exclusive Discounts are Available for repeating customers

  • VAT Tax is applicable for all the services listed above
  • Terms & Conditions Apply for Labour Allowance
  • If you willing to pay cash we provide you with full hand receipt once our job is completed or bank transfer plus VAT and we provide you with full VAT receipt
